2. What this website does
The website presents the cars currently in our stock and the cars we have already sold. No sales contract can be concluded online through this site. There is no shopping cart, no online payment and no paid reservation. The forms serve solely to send us a request, which we answer by phone or email.
The actual sale takes place offline, on the basis of a contract signed by both parties. That contract governs the transaction in full.
3. Vehicle information
Vehicle data is taken automatically from our listings on Autovit.ro and updated periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but synchronisation delays or omissions can occur.
The information is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. The actual characteristics are to be verified on site, before signing. We encourage you to come and see the car and take a test drive.
4. Prices
Prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Cars marked “VAT deductible” allow VAT to be reclaimed by VAT-registered companies.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The valid price is the one agreed in writing when the contract is concluded. The instalments shown by the calculator are indicative estimates; the final offer belongs to the lender.
5. Availability
A car shown as available may in the meantime be reserved or sold, as we also sell through other channels. The status is updated at the first opportunity, but we do not guarantee real-time availability.
6. Contact forms
By submitting a form you provide your contact details so that we can answer you. Do not send sensitive data through the forms. Processing is described in the Privacy policy.
Using the forms for unsolicited commercial messages, illegal content or attempts to disrupt the site is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the site — texts, photographs, logo and page structure — belongs to us or is used under licence. You may browse and share links to the pages. Reusing photographs or descriptions for commercial republication requires our written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site permanently available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, by hosting providers or by events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites we link to. Accessing them is governed by those sites’ own terms.
9. Complaints
Any complaint can be sent to us by email or phone. We reply within the period provided by law. As a consumer you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection through the SAL and SOL platforms, linked in the page footer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of your visit; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
11. Applicable law
Romanian law applies. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts at our registered office, subject to the mandatory rules on jurisdiction in consumer relations.
